Wholesale information and catalog requests
We do not offer a printed catalog at this
time. Our products and price list are available online. Current wholesale
terms and pricing are available for download in PDF format. You may request
a wholesale pricelist via telephone/fax (808) 637-8320 or email
sales@islandcandle.com. All requests for wholesale pricing must be
accompanied by a valid tax certificate number, business license number or
other proof of business entity. Please provide your buyer's contact
information so that we may follow up on your request. |

Pricing and terms
The initial wholesale minimum order is $200.00. All foreign orders must be prepaid. For domestic
accounts, we request that your initial order be pre paid. Net30 terms will
be offered to domestic accounts after meeting the following requirements.
You must provide at least two qualifying credit references. You must provide
us with a valid credit card number that will kept on file for deposit
purposes. Balances outstanding after 30 days will be subject to a 2% per
month late fee. Balances outstanding after 90 days will be charged to your
credit card. A $25.00 processing fee will be charged for all checks returned
NSF. |

Cancellations and returns
All standard product orders may be
cancelled up to 48 hours prior to shipment. All orders returned after
shipment will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in original
condition. Product may not be returned to us after 7 days unless it has
defects which are attributable to our manufacturing process. All product
returns must obtain prior return authorization. |

Shipping and delivery
Most orders are filled within 7-10 business
days. Large or custom poured orders may require longer lead times. All
orders will be shipped FedEx 2 day air service to ensure prompt, safe
delivery of your product. It should be noted that FedEx "2 day service"
frequently takes 4-5 business days to arrive from Hawaii. Our customers may
request USPS delivery. It will save you a little money, but we can't
guarantee prompt delivery.
Please order early during the holiday season to ensure timely delivery of
your order. |

Shelf life
Our candles are packaged to give them the
longest shelf life possible, however, the fragrances will be at their
strongest within the first six months of manufacture. We recommend that you
rotate your stock, and whenever possible, keep one candle of each fragrance
on display as a sample and the rest of your stock in it's packaging to
preserve freshness. Heat, humidity and exposure to air can all have negative
effects on the strength of a candle's scent. |

Display
Proper display of the product
is important to successful sales. Remove the candles from the box and bag
before displaying. It is
very important to offer one candle of each fragrance out of its packaging to facilitate the sampling of fragrances.
The candles should be grouped in a colorful display to attract the visual
attention of the customer. They should be placed between waist and eye
level. |
